Swami Vivekanand Jayanti and Rajmata Jijau Jayanti was celebrated in our college of Education on 12/01/2024. Swami Vivekanand Jayanti is also known as Youth Day. The group singing competition was organized on this occasion. Student teachers of B.Ed. took part enthusiastically in this program. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore and Prof. Uma Seri elaborated the important role of Swami Vivekanand in moulding Indian Society and Rajmata Jijau in upbringing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to become a Great Indian King . All staff members were present on this occasion.

Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti was celebrated in our college of education on 02/10/2023. Cleanliness drive was organized on this occasion. Student teachers of B.Ed. took part enthusiastically in this program and cleanliness drive of the college campus. This activity was planned and organized by Prof. Swati Dharmadhikari and all staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore.

Tree plantation activity was conducted on 26/11/2023 (Sunday) on Tukai Hills at Baner , Pune. Tree plantation and watering to plants were done under the guidance of NGO ‘Vasundhara Abhiyaan’ Pune. Our B.Ed. college student teachers took part enthusiastically.
This activity was planned and organised by Social service department Head Prof. Swati Dharmadhikari and all Staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore. Samvidhaan DIwas was also celebrated by reading Pledge (Preamble) given in our constitution.

An orientation session on Models of teaching was conducted in our college of Education on 4 March 2023 for B.Ed. first year student teachers.
For this orientation session our college invited eminent Professor of Education Dr.Suresh Isave sir of Tilak College of Education, Pune. In this orientation session Dr. Isave sir explained various Models of teaching with examples and their uses in teaching and learning.
This session was planned by Prof. Sulakshana madam under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore madam.

Teaching aids making workshop was conducted in our college of Education for B.Ed. first- and second-year student teachers on Saturday 17.12.2022. This workshop was conducted by Mr. Pandurang Jadhav sir and his team from Agastya foundation Pune.
In this workshop, procedure of making various teaching aids was demonstrated by Pandurang Jadhav sir. All student teachers took active participation in this workshop.
Founder President of SKP Hon Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar visited the workshop and appreciated students work.
This workshop was planned and organised by Prof Dr. Leena Patil under guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore. Staff members were present and helped in organization of this workshop.

Rakhi making activity was organised under social service practical on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. B.Ed. first year students took part enthusiastically by preparing beautiful Rakhis and sending these Rakhis to students in Kamayani School for mentally handicapped, Pune.
This activity was planned and organised by Asst. Prof. Sulakshana madam under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore madam.

Soil is one of the most important natural resource which is required for existence of life on earth. Plastic waste , industrial and medical waste, floods etc. are causing soil erosion. Soil becomes infertile due to this.
Saving soil is the responsibility of everyone.
In our College of Education (B.Ed. college) we had organised a rally to spread awareness about saving soil.
Student teachers of B.Ed. first year participated enthusiastically in this rally with handmade banners about save soil.
This rally was planned and organised by Cultural department head Prof. Sulakshana madam and her group under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore

Human life exists on earth due to existence of environment on earth. Saving and nourishing our environment is our duty. Keeping this in mind, our college of Education (B.Ed. college) organised tree plantation activity on Tukai hills in Baner Pashan. Student teachers of B.Ed first year and all staff members took part enthusiastically in this tree plantation.
Vasundhara Abhiyaan Baner helped to organize this tree plantation activity. Shri. Bhujbal sir of Vasundhara Abhiyaan guided our student teachers about procedure of planting trees and its importance. Also they presented a trophy to appraise our work.
Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore and Dr. Kishori Ubhe thanked Vasundhara Abhiyaan for helping and guiding us for successful organisation of tree plantation activity.
