Teaching Aids Making Workshop 2024-25

Use of teaching aids is very important for effective teaching. Our College of Education conducted a workshop on Saturday 19/10/2024 in collaboration with Agastya International Foundation on Making of teaching aids useful for teaching subjects like Science and Mathematics. Workshop convener Mr. Pandurang Jadhav explained and demonstrated the making of various teaching aids. Student teachers of B.Ed. took part enthusiastically in this workshop. This workshop was planned and organized by Science professor Dr. Leena Patil under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore. All staff members were present on this occasion.

Teachers Day celebration 2024

Teachers Day was celebrated in our College of Education. The program started with lightening lamp and garlanding the photo of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan followed by speeches by Principal Dr Sunita Bhore and some students. Staff members were present on this occasion.

B.Ed. CET Guidance Session

Our SKPs Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya( B.Ed. college )like every year, conducted an orientation session for B.Ed. CET 2024 aspirants from 27/02/2024 to 29/02/2024 through online mode. Candidates appearing in B.Ed. CET 2024 exam attended these 3 sessions and got guidance about CET 2024 exam from our college experienced Professors.

Alumni Meet Function

Alumni meet of Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya was held on 07.01.2024. On this occasion dignitaries Founder President of SKP Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar, Secretary of SKP Dr. Saagar Balwadkar, Secretary of Srujan Foundation Dehu Prof Vikas Kand, Subject expert of SCERT , Poet, author, co editor Dr. Sanjay Vasant Jagtap, Shri Rajendra Wakade of SCERT curriculum development section, Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore were present.
Alumni who have special achievements and received various awards were felicitated by the hands of dignitaries. Former students (Alumni) appreciated college for help and guidance and share their experiences. Dignitaries also expressed their thoughts and best wishes to former students of our college. B.Ed. second year students organised some cultural programmes showing Indian culture.

Savitribai Phule Jayanti (Balika Diwas)

Balika Diwas is celebrated in Maharashtra on the birth anniversary of Savitribai Phule. Savitribai Phule is known as the first woman teacher in India. Along with her husband Mahatma Jyotirao Phule , she played an important role in improving the rights of women in India. She did incredible work for women education and social equality in very adverse condition.

Our Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya celebrated the birth anniversary of a remarkable social reformer Savitribai Phule with great enthusiasm and reverence.

Students of B.Ed. showcased their talents through various activities such as presentations (PPT) , Posters, Skit, Speeches and more. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore addressed the students with valuable thoughts. This program was planned and organized by Prof. Uma Seri and staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore.

National Mathematics Day 2023

Every year Mathematics day is celebrated on 22 December to mark the Birth Anniversary of Srinivas Ramanujan the Great Indian Mathematician. This year also our college celebrated National Mathematics day 2023 on 22 December 2023. Poster making and presentation competition was also organized on this occasion. Student teachers of B.Ed. delivered speeches on this occasion. Prof. Devdatta Rashinkar of Mathematics delivered speech on Importance of Mathematics in various fields. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore also delivered speech on this occasion. All staff members were also present on this occasion.

Tree Plantation Activity 2023 and Celebration of Samvidhan Diwas

Tree plantation activity was conducted on 26/11/2023 (Sunday) on Tukai Hills at Baner , Pune. Tree plantation and watering to plants were done under the guidance of NGO ‘Vasundhara Abhiyaan’ Pune. Our B.Ed. college student teachers took part enthusiastically.
This activity was planned and organised by Social service department Head Prof. Swati Dharmadhikari and all Staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore. Samvidhaan DIwas was also celebrated by reading Pledge (Preamble) given in our constitution.

B.Ed. (Second Year) 2022-23 Result

B Ed. Second year 2022-23 result has been declared by Savitribai Phule Pune University. We are pleased to inform that , our college of education has achieved excellent result this year also. Our college result is 98 % in this B.Ed. final University examination with 34 students in O grade and 36 students in A + grade.

Practice lessons and Internship activities

Practice lessons and internship activities were conducted in various schools recently. B Ed. First year student teachers actively participated in these activities. These activities provide rich experience of actual school environment to our student teachers. All professors and Principal Dr Sunita Bhore madam guided the student teachers for these activities. We are thankful to various schools for granting permission.

B.Ed. second year Farewell Function 2023

Farewell function was organised on Sunday 23.04.2023 for B.Ed. second year students (2021-23) as this batch is going to complete B.Ed. course. Chief guests of this function were Principal of Poddar school Mr. Angel Carvalho and Vice Principal of Poddar school Mrs. Rachana. Founder President of SKP Hon . Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar guided the students and expressed best wishes through speech. Secretary of SKP Dr. Saagar Balwadkar and Vice President of SKP Shri Sudarshan Balwadkar conveyed their best wishes to outgoing batch students.Chief guests and Principal Dr.Sunita Bhore madam and Prof. Rashinkar D.R. delivered speeches on this occasion. Student teachers of B.Ed second year expressed their feelings and opinion about college. This farewell function was planned and organised by B.Ed. first year students, cultural department head Prof Dr. Leena Patil madam and all staff members.

Annual Gathering function 2022-23

Annual Gathering function and prize distribution ceremony 2022-23 was organised in our college of Education (B.Ed. college) on 22 January 2023. Various cultural programs were organised in this annual function. Chief guest Retired ACP Ramchandra Desai inaugurated annual function by lighting the lamp.
For organizing this annual function we got encouragement, support and guidance from Founder President of SKP Hon Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar, Secretary of SKP, Resp. Dr.Saagar Balwadkar and Vice President of SKP Resp.Shri. Sudarshan Balwadkar. Prizes were distributed to B.Ed. second year passed out first three rank holders Kavita Aiyyer, Swati Desai and Ritu Inchekar. Prizes were also distributed to winners of various competitions held during last year by the hands of dignitaries. After this various cultural programs were presented by B.Ed. first and second year students. Shri Dilip Phaltankar sir, Adv. Mashalkar saheb ,Pradeep Deshpande sir,Shri. Khonge sir and Shri. Surve sir were present on this occasion as guests.
This annual function was planned and organised by Prof Dr.Leena Patil madam and all staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore madam.

Intercollegiate competition 2022-23

Intercollegiate competition of our college of Education was held recently. In this various competitions like Rangoli making, hairstyle,mehandi, salad and recipe competition, poster and traditional dress competitions were conducted. Student teachers of B.Ed first and second year participated in these competitions enthusiastically. These competitions were planned and organised by all staff members under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore madam.

Constitution Day 2022 and First year syllabus orientation

India’s constitution was adopted by constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949. Every year 26 November is observed as Samvidhan Diwas or constitution Day in India. In our college of Education this day was celebrated by reading preamble of the Constitution. Principal ,staff members and student teachers were present on this occasion. Syllabus orientation was also conducted for new batch.

Vachan Perna Diwas celebrated on 15.10.2022 in our college of Education.

This program was inaugurated by the hands of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore and planned and organised by Librarian Savita Argade. Anchoring done by Prof. Badge Sarita and Vote of Thanks by Prof. Dr. Leena Patil.

Result was declared on 17.09.2022 for of B.Ed.(Second year) 2022 Students by our college of Education (B.Ed. college).

We are very pleased to inform that our Shri Khanderai Pratishthans, Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya (B.Ed. college) has continued the glorious record of 100 % result yet again in Academic year 2021-22. Result of B.Ed. (Second year) 2022 has been declared by Savitribai Phule Pune University. All students appeared for this exam passed B.Ed. course with excellent marks.

Workshop (Guidance Session) conducted for B.Ed. CET 2022

Workshop (Guidance Session) was conducted on 17.08.2022 for B.Ed. cet 2022 candidates by our college of Education (B.Ed. college).

Candidates appearing for this cet exam took active participation in this session. B.Ed. cet 2022 syllabus, nature of questions and online exam related information were explained. Three sections of cet exam Viz Mental Ability, General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude were explained by Asst. Prof. Rashinkar Devdatta, Asst. Prof. Hinge Chhaya and Asst. Prof. Sulakshana madam respectively. This workshop session was organised under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore .

Faculty Development Program(FDP) 2022-23

Faculty Development Program (fdp) was organized on 04.08.2022 in our college of education.

21st century is known as century of Information and Technology. Inventions are taking place in every field of Human life. In Education field also tremendous changes and developments are going on. To update the knowledge of faculty in our college of Education, Faculty Development Program (fdp) was organized in our college of Education.
Faculty development program was inaugurated by the hands of Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore and Dr. Surendra Herkal by lighting the lamp. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore welcomed Dr. Surendra Herkal. Coordinator of FDP, Asst. Prof. Sulakshana madam explained the purpose of FDP.

On the first day, topic of session was CAS(Career Advancement Scheme) and API (Academic Performance Indicators). Resource Person of this session was Dr. Surendra Herkal, Principal of MAEERS MIT , Saint Dnyaneshwar B.Ed. college, Alandi . Dr. Surendra Herkal sir explained the importance of CAS and various academic levels with eligibility criteria for each level. He also explained the ways to increase API and its benefits. Truly this session was very useful and informative to all staff members.

Second day of fdp , Resource Person Dr. Madhuri Yadav explained how Industrial revolutions are directly related to Educational revolutions.

As the technology is developing, there is development in Education field and in teacher education. She also explained the benefits of Education 4.0 in Teacher Education , its components and tools and role of teacher in future scenario.

On the last day of fdp Dr. Madhuri Isave madam explained today’s scenario of Education and various new technology tools used at different levels of Education. Information and communication technology is the most important part of today’s education system. She also explained various learning resources available on internet and role of teacher educators in today’s scenario. This session was very useful and informative to all staff members.

Annual Gathering 2021-22

Annual Gathering of our college of Education (B.Ed. college) was organised on 30.04.2022.

This function was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Founder President of SKP Hon Shri. Ganpatrao Balwadkar. Chief guests were Adv. Mashalkar saheb and Shri. Vaibhav Adhavsir.

Prizes and trophies were distributed by the hands of dignitaries to first 3 rankers of last year batch and also to students who achieved success in various competitions held during last year. Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar and Advt. Mashalkar saheb guided students through their speeches. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore delivered introductory speech.

After this various cultural programs were organised. Student teachers of B.Ed. first and second year performed enthusiastically.

Second year student Shikha Rajpurohit hosted the program very nicely. Prof. Sarita Badge and Prof. Sulakshana Kambale started this function by giving primary instructions.

This annual Gathering was organised and planned by Cultural department incharge Prof. Sulakshana Kambale and under guidance of Principal madam and all staff.

Welcome function B.Ed. First year 2021-22

New batch of B.Ed. first year 2021-22 has arrived in our college of Education after completing admission process. Welcome Function was organised by second year students on Sunday 13.03.2022.

This welcome function was presided by Founder President of SKP Hon Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar and Chief guest was award-winning Transformation and Productivity Expert, Mentor, Business Coach, and Inspirational Speaker and founder director of Zest transformation Mrs. Tejaswini Pisal. Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar explained the importance of discipline and honesty in our work. Secretary of SKP campus Hon. Dr. Saagar Balwadkar conveyed his message to welcome new students. Mrs. Tejaswini Pisal explained the place and importance of teaching profession. Prof. Rashinkar Devdatta introduced SKP CAMPUS to new students.

Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore welcomed new students and explained college working in her speech. After this some funny games and other cultural activities were organised. All student teachers participated enthusiastically. Welcome function was planned and organised by cultural department head Prof. Minal Sonukale and all staff. Student teacher Shikha Rajpurohit hosted the welcome function. All staff members were present on this occasion.

International Womens Day Celebration 2022

International Women’s Day is celebrated every year on March 8, to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. The aim of the day is to spread the message of gender equality and promote a better society where there is no gender bias.

International Women’s Day was celebrated in our college of Education (B.Ed. college) by organising a program related to women’s health “Womenia Health Talk program “

This program was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of chief guest Mrs. Ushatai Ganpatrao Balwadkar and Balewadi Women’s Club President Prof. Mrs.Rupalitai Saagar Balwadkar. On this occasion, Prof. Mrs. Rupalita Saagar Balwadkar explained the importance of women empowerment and support of family in achieving success in her speech.

In “Womenia Health Talk program ” Diet and meditation and naturopathy expert Dr. Tilottama Patil explained the good diet and its importance in good health and also discuss various health issues faced by Women. Mrs. Dipti Shekhawat put some common problems and habits of women.

After this Mrs. Madhura Tilwane demonstrated some aerobics exercises for audience. All women actively participated in this.

International Women’s Day program was planned and organised by Prof Chhaya Hinge and her group students. Principal Dr. Sunita Bhore , Principal of CMIS Mrs. Iqbal kaur Rana and all staff members were present on this occasion.

मराठी भाषा संवर्धन उपक्रम अंतर्गत मराठी पंधरवडा आयोजन

सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठ मराठी भाषा संवर्धन उपक्रम अंतर्गत मराठी पंधरवडा आयोजन आमच्या अध्यापक महाविद्यालयात करण्यात आले होते. यामध्ये विविध प्रकारच्या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. मराठी निबंध लेखन,हस्ताक्षर, वेशभूषा, भितीपत्रिका, प्रश्नमंजुषा, विकिपीडिआ ई. स्पर्धा आयोजित करण्यात आल्या होत्या. सर्व स्पर्धा ऑनलाईन आयोजित करण्यात आल्या होत्या. बी.एड. च्या विद्यार्थ्यां शिक्षकांनी उत्साहाने सहभाग घेतला. प्राचार्या डाॅ. सुनिता भोरे आणि सांस्कृतिक विभाग प्रमुख प्रा. मीनल सोनुकले व सर्व प्राध्यापक यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली व नियोजनानुसार मराठी पंधरवडा यशस्वीपणे पार पडला.

Celebration of 75th Independence Day 15th August 2021

On Sunday 15th August 2021,

75th Independence Day was celebrated on SKP campus ground in the presence of dignitaries. The flag was hoisted by the hands of Chief guest Resp. Shri. Ashok Naval, chairman of Balewadi residential welfare federation.

Secretary of SKP Hon Dr. Saagar Balwadkar wished Happy Independence Day and expressed happiness over the performance of Indian players in Tokyo Olympics and also congratulated gold medalist Neeraj Chopra.

Chief guest Shri. Ashok Naval in his speech, express the importance of self reliant India and appreciated the work of SKP institute.

Founder president of SKP Hon Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar in his speech , explained the duties of responsible citizens and careful behaviour to end Corona pandemic.

Vice president of SKP Shri. Sudarshan Balwadkar, Prof. Mrs. Rupalitai Balwadkar, Members of Chaitanya Hasya club , Principals of all branches of SKP and staff members were present on this occasion.

Visit of Centralized Admission Process(CAP) Committee

We are very glad to inform that, Respected Shri. J.P. Dange , Chairman of Admissions Regulating Authority and former chief Secretary of Maharashtra Government visited our College of Education ( B.Ed. college) on 5 August 2021 in connection with the work of Centralized Admission Process(CAP) of Academic year 2021-22 and expressed his satisfaction after verification of all documents related to admission process.

Farewell Function of B.Ed. (Second Year ) 2019-21

Farewell function of B.Ed. (Second year) 2019-21 batch was organised in our college of Education (B.Ed. college). This is the only day when students are Happy and Sad at the same time.

This farewell function of B.Ed. (Second year) was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Founder President of SKP Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar. Secretary of SKP Hon. Dr. Saagar Balwadkar convey his message of Best Wishes to outgoing batch students.

Student teachers of B.Ed first year arranged various programs on this occasion. They showed various activities conducted by college using ppts. They also organised quiz competition and funny games for second year students.

33rd Foundation Day of Shri Khanderai Pratishthan

33rd Foundation day of Shri Khanderai pratishthan has been celebrated today. Shri Khanderai Pratishthan shikshan sanstha was started on 20 June 1988 by Founder President of Shri Khanderai Pratishthan Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar.

The main aim of starting this educational institute was to provide quality education to girls of Balewadi area because there was no education facility available for girls near to Balewadi which was considered as very remote area at that time. Small sapling was planted in the form of school by Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar which is now become a big tree with many branches where quality education is provided from KG to PG. This has been possible due to continuous efforts and guidance by Hon. Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar.

Today this institute popularly known as SKP Campus is reaching new heights of success under the strong and visionary leadership of Secretary of SKP Hon. Dr. Saagar Balwadkar who always takes care of providing quality education and development of the institute.

Presentation on job opportunities

A Presentation on job opportunities in Akanksha Foundation was conducted online in our College of Education (B. Ed. College) for student teachers of B.Ed final year and passed out student teachers on 25.03.2021. HR representative of Akanksha foundation Shessy Koolath presented the information and job opportunities in Akanksha foundation. Many student teachers took part in this online presentation. Principal Dr.Bhore S.K and Coordinator of placement Prof. Rashinkar D.R made arrangements.

“72nd Republic day of India was celebrated in our college of Education (B.Ed. College)on 26th January 2021.Flag hoisting was held on SKP campus ground in a combined ceremony for all branches of SKP campus. The flag hoisting was done by the hands of chief guest Mr. Fattechand Ranka, the owner of Ranka Jewellers , Pune in the presence of Founder President of SKP Hon. Shri. “Extramural Department (Bahishal Vibhag) ,Savitribai Phule Pune University and Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya,( B.Ed. college) Balewadi, Pune had jointly organised 3 days “Sant Gadgebaba Jeshtha Nagarik Vyakhyanmala ” from 26/12/2019 to 28/12/2019 in our college of Education. In this, lectures of Prof. Padmakar Punde, Shri. Chaitanya Dipak and Principal Sham Bhurke were arranged . Senior citizens of Balewadi and nearby places attended this vyakhyanmala.
This vyakhanmala was inaugurated by Founder President of SKP Hon Shri Ganpatrao Balwadkar.”

परिपत्रक नुसार आमच्या अध्यापक महाविद्यालयात दिनांक 1 जानेवारी ते 15 जानेवारी दरम्यान मराठी भाषा पंधरवडा साजरा करण्यात आला. यामध्ये विविध प्रकारच्या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. निबंध लेखन स्पर्धा, भित्तीपत्रिका, प्रश्न मंजुषा,अंताक्षरी इत्यादी स्पर्धा आयोजित करण्यात आल्या. मराठी विभाग प्रमुख प्रा बडगे मॅडम व सर्व स्टाफने आयोजनात सहभाग घेतला. प्राचार्य डा. भोरे मॅडम यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.

In our Shri Martand Bhairav Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya ( B.Ed college), we celebrated Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti online because of pandemic situation. Student teachers of B.Ed. took part enthusiastically. Student teachers delivered speeches and participated in competition organised on this occasion. Prof. Hinge Madam and her group planned and organised this program. Principal Dr.Bhore madam gave speech and staff members were present on this occasion.

Annual Function 2019

“Keeping alive and nurturing our culture is the duty of each and everyone. Annual function was organised in our college of Education on Sunday 22.12.2019. Various cultural programs and prize distribution ceremony were organised. Annual function was inaugurated by Founder President of SKP Hon. Shri. Ganpatrao Balwadkar and chief presence of Secretary of SKP Hon. Dr. Saagardada Balwadkar and chief guest Shri. Dayanand Dhome saheb, former senior police officer and Mrs. Rupalitai Balwadkar, President of women’s club, Balewdi. Prizes were distributed by the hands of dignitaries to the last year toppers and winners in various competitions. After this, cultural program consisting of songs, dances and dramas was organised. Principal Dr.Bhore madam, head of cultural department Prof. Badage Sarita madam and all staff members guided the students.”

"Various Extracurricular activities conducted in our college"

“Co curricular and Extracurricular activities are important part of our Education system. Providing scope to inner talent of students is the main aim of these activities.

Our college of Education organised various Extracurricular activities like Cooking competition, Mehandi competition, Rangoli and hairstyle competition on Saturday 21.12.2019. Student teachers of our college took activite participation in these competitions. Cooking competition was judged by renowned Cooking expert Prachi Siddiqui madam. Principal Dr.Bhore madam and staff guided the students”.

Annual Trip

“Providing variety of learning experiences to students is the main function of teachers.

Field visits and trips are also a part of these learning experiences. As a teachers training college, our college had also arranged a 1 day annual trip for B.Ed.(Second year) students to Meher retreat near Daund which is an agri tourism farm on 15.12.2019. Our trainee teachers got very good experience of arranging a trip and Observation of various agricultural activities. Students and staff of our college enjoyed the trip. Principal Dr.Bhore madam and staff members also took part and guided the students.”

We celebrate Gandhi Jayanti to mark the birth Anniversary of Father of our Nation Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi popularly referred as Mahatma Gandhi. United Nations declared 02 October as International Non Violence Day. His educational thoughts are still very useful in this modern world. Our college of Education organised a program and essay writing competition on topics related to Mahatma Gandhi on this occasion. B.Ed. students took activite participation.
